Craig’s experience spans Perth, Melbourne, and Hobart, and he now operates nationally. He is recognised for disciplined lease negotiations, strong retailer relationships, and a practical understanding of how retail assets and retail businesses operate.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) from Curtin University and is a licensed real estate agent in Western Australia.
Gemma Olde is a Director of Craig Olde Retail Leasing and is responsible for business operations, compliance, accounts, and leasing administration.
Gemma brings over 20 years of experience across property development, project management, sales, and consulting.
